Visa has signed a three-year memorandum of understanding with the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) aimed at attracting high-value tourism. The agreement includes plans to bring its Visa Destinations programme to Singapore in November 2026.

The partners plan to create tourism experiences, draw on spending insights to identify high-value visitors and jointly market Singapore. Planned Visa cardholder benefits will cover dining, attractions, retail, entertainment and tours, extending existing partnerships with Grab and Pelago by Singapore Airlines.

Visa identified Australia, Indonesia, Mainland China, Malaysia and the United States as being among the biggest sources of inbound travel to Singapore by its cardholders. The two organisations will use market insights to develop campaigns carrying the Visa Destinations and STB Passion Made Possible brands.

STB chief executive Melissa Ow said the collaboration aimed to provide more opportunities for tourism businesses and advance the board’s Tourism 2040 priorities. Visa executive Adeline Kim said the partnership sought to turn Singapore’s appeal into deeper visitor engagement.
