Philippine Airlines (PAL) announced on October 3, 2026 that passengers flying from Manila to Dubai, Doha or Riyadh can make one flight-date change without a rebooking charge. The airline said the offer took effect immediately on all three routes.

To qualify, passengers must submit their request 15 days or more ahead of departure. PAL set November 15, 2026 as the final date for requests. The fee waiver covers only the first date change under the offer.

Tickets bought through major promotional-fare campaigns or seat sales are excluded, the airline said. Passengers may still face a fare difference, while ticket-validity requirements and other conditions may also apply.

PAL said the measure responds to changes in Filipinos’ work schedules and travel arrangements. It said the option was intended to let customers book earlier while retaining flexibility to adjust their departure date.
