You mention that each dresses is cycle of life can you tell us more about that ?"the most painful thing is losing yourself in the process of loving someone too much, and forgetting that you are special too. On those really difficult days when it seems impossible to go on and you feel like giving up on your dream , we need to just remind ourself that youre strong , that you've been there before and you've survived every time, so you can survive this time as well,remind yourself that you don't have to hate yourself for everything you didn't accomplished Instead, love yourself for everything you have done and look back to the positive things ,because I believe theres always time for pain, there's always time for healing.i think we all should be reminded of that everyday.Life is full of ups and downs, twists and turns, love and loss. And life would not be worth experiencing if it weren't just that. You can't have the good without the bad, you need to somehow learn to accept the bad and adjust it in a way that you can endure and overcome.

Being a renowned fashion designer and producer what makes you decide to promote awareness every season of fashion Week ?Fashion Week for me is not always about glamour, beauty, fashion week is a season to celebrate inclusion, highlight change in the fashion industry and empowering people and supporting one another , fashion week for me is a mission ,every season we celebrate models of  all ages ,all sizes  we give opportunities to all fashion designers with opportunity for them to share there stories and there advocacies. 

What is leadership to you ? 

For me Leadership is not about a title or a designation. It's about impact, influence and inspiration. Impact involves getting results, influence is about spreading the passion you have for your work, and you have to inspire the people around you I was blessed with certain gifts and talents and God gave them to me to be the best person I can be and to have a positive impact on other peoples lives is truly a rewarding experience .
